During the creation of new Blanket Sales Agreement there are redundant records in Bill To Location (Accounting Tab) LOV and Ship To Location (Shipping tab) LOV from customers that are related with Relationships functionality.
Find that the check boxes Bill To and Ship To on the relationship are NOT checked, so these locations shouldn't be available on the list - should not be visible in the LOV.
The issue is mainly with the Sales Agreement form and NOT the Sales Organizer form.
Using BSA functionality is set to Related Customer within a particular Organization. Should NOT see locations from related customer and the entered customer.
- What are these check boxes Bill To and Ship To on the relationship for?
- Why is there a difference between LOVs on Sales Order form and Sales Agreement form in my test case?
In BSA I can see locations from related customer, on Sales Order I DO NOT SEE THEM.
According to <Note 452833.1> - Want Bill To/Ship To LOV To Show Relationship Address On Blanket Sales Agreement, the behaviours should be the same, but it is NOT.
