On : 12.2.3 version, APIs

When attempting to create customer site using existing orig_system_reference
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Value for orig_system_reference must be unique.


The system should add the time stamp to the existing orig_system_reference
when multiple_flag in table HZ_ORIG_SYS_MAPPING is set to Y

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Using TCA API hz_cust_account_site_v2pub.create_cust_acct_site
to create a customer site using existing orig_system_reference value

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the same value for the orig_system_reference
