View As Manager LOV
Expenses And Violations Reporting form

An employee's prior married name appears in dropdown LOV for Manager on Expenses And Violations Reporting form. For example, the user is Kathryn Smith, but her prior married name was Kathryn Jones; both show in the 'View as Manager' drop down.

The employee's current name (only) should appear in the LOV.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Expenses Analysis=>Management Reporting=>Expenses Reporting.
2. Select View as Manager LOV
3. Confirm that the returned LOV shows both names (for example):

View as Manager Jones, Ms. Kathryn L.
  Smith, Ms. Kathryn L

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are uncertain which name to select for accurate data reporting.

NOTE: In order to enable the "View as Manager" LOV for the form:

1) Log in a manager that already has access to the form in question then navigate to Internet Expenses Reporting and Analysis.
2) Select Reporting Access and grant access to another manager(s).

3) Log out of SSWA, then log back in as one of the grantees. The field and LOV now appear.
