Symptoms

After applying a patch, APXINWKB.fmb fails to compile.  Patch adworker logs show the following errors:

PL/SQL ERROR 907 at line 1, column 1
cannot load library unit APPS.ZX_TDS_CALC_SERVICES_PUB_PKG (referenced by APPS.ZX_TDS_TAX_ROUNDING_PKG)

Compilation error on package body DETAIL_TX_LINES_1:
PL/SQL ERROR 907 at line 1, column 1
