On : 12.2.4 version, Reports & Concurrent Requests
When attempting to run build formula package
the following error occurs.

Error in creating package BODY : QP_BUILD_FORMULA_RULES - ORA-20000: ORA-01403: no data found create_package(APPLSYS, QP, QP_BUILD_FORMULA_RULES_TMP, TRUE, 1, 6425): create_plsql_object(APPLSYS, QP, QP_BUILD_.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Pricing Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate to: Reports
3. Select name = Build Formula Package
4. Submit request
