Aging 7 Buckets By Collector Report does not show the correct collector name after changing it at the customer address level.

Aging 7 Buckets By Collector Report should show the correct collector name after changing it at the customer address level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an invoice.
2. Run the Aging 7 Buckets by Collector Report.
3. Change the collector at the customer address level.
4. Run the Aging 7 Buckets by Collector Report.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot make collection calls properly.
