ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing the change schedule action only schedules that are later than the upstream shipments should be presented as options. It appears that all schedules with a departure date later than the upstream shipment are presented as options, without considering the impact of cutoff time.
OTM is not considering the cutoff time associated with a schedule when determining if the schedule is compatible with prior legs when performing a Change Schedule action.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The previous/ down stream shipments/flights should be correctly re-planned/re-driven.
