Not Able To Extract Data In OM Getting Error FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Inquiry & Status
When trying to export data from Order Organizer the process fails and data is not extracted and the following error occurs:
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup.
This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.
oracle.forms.net ConnectionException: Forms session aborted: unable to
communicate with runtime process.
at oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException.createConnectionException(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.net.HTTPNStream.getResponse(Unknown Source)
This is only occurring when trying to extract a large volume of data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns, Order Organizer > Query records
3. Click on the Lines tab > go to File=>Export and Click Continue to End.
4. Notice Java exception error: FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export details as required
