Symptoms
On : 12.0.4 version,
When attempting to create Employee type suppliers,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to Supplier > Entry > Supplier
3. Create employee supplier ,enter the Employee Name and Operating Unit
