AUTOCREATE: One of the Requisition Lines does not Match with any of the Lines in the Global Agreement (Doc ID 2024163.1)

When creating Standard PO from Requisition via 'AutoCreate' form, the following message is received:

"One of the requisition lines selected does not match with any of the lines on the Global Agreement. Please select another Global Agreement",

The issue is only happening to SOME requisitions and not all requisitions.

STEPS
------------------------

This issue can be reproducible with following steps:

(example Requisition 58000 and Global Agreement 90000000)

1. PO Responsibility ->AutoCreate
2. Find Requisition 58000
3. Select populated requisition lines and press 'Automatic'
4. On 'New Document' window, enter - Global Agreement = 900000000
5. Click 'Create' button
6. The following error is displayed:

 "One of the requisition lines selected does not match with any of the lines on the Global Agreement. Please select another Global Agreement"
