Symptoms

When using adop phase=fs_clone, the following error is received:

    [ERROR]: At least one Oracle inventory check has failed.
    [WARNING]: Either some of the required entries in /etc/hosts file might be missing (e.g. localhost or hostname) OR the file /etc/hosts could not be read.
   [UNEXPECTED]Error occurred while executing "perl $AD_TOP/patch/115/bin/txkADOPValidations.pl  -contextfile=$APPL_TOP/admin/SID_HOST.xml -patchctxfile=$INST_TOP/apps/SID_HOST/appl/admin/SID_HOST.xml -phase=fs_clone -logloc=$FS_NE/EBSapps/log/adop/<session_id>/fs_clone_xxx/SID_HOST -promptmsg=hide"
   [UNEXPECTED]Error 1 occurred while Executing txkADOPValidation script on <hostname>

Changes

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrading to E-Business Suite 12.2.3 or 12.2.4
