On : 12.1.3 version, Packing Workbench
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When doing LPN Split operation through Packing Workbench, the transaction_id of the new wsh_delivery_Detail is null. The issue occurs when the delivery detail line splits (could happen at pick confirm by confirming partial quantity, or in packing workbench while doing the LPN Split operation) and is not able to successfully populate the transaction_id field.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the transaction_id is populated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release a sales order line for an item which is Serial Controlled, Quantity of 2 or more, picked from same locator
2. Pick and stage the entire line in same LPN
3. Use Packing Workbench Split operation to split the LPN
4. Check the transaction_id of the new WDD detail line
