MFS MP: Service Request Created on the Client Does not Include The Operating Unit On The SR Header (Doc ID 2024406.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service Requests created on Mobile Field Service (Multiplatform) do not get the Operating Unit stamped on them when viewing them in the SR form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect operating unit to be stamped on SRs from MFS just like when entering them in the backoffice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new SR on multiplatform MFS: query customer -> open customer -> open accounts -> click on + icon for an account
2. save and synchronize device
3. run Processes Uploaded Mobile Data concurrent program
4. query SR in the SR form (CSXSRISR)
