How do you get the reason code for curtail pick to appear on replenish task mobile page in WMS

STEPS
-----------------------
Transaction reasons for WMS exceptions are setup. Transaction reason short pick setup with reason type as load and context as curtail pick.

Launched the min max plan. Performed transaction on the mobile device. Once we get to the confirm quantity field, press F4 .

The mobile screen says no reason found. We tried the same on order picking.
