Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle HRMS (Australia) - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Running the concurrent request: "SuperStream Report" (PYAUSUPSTR)

When running the report for "All Superfunds" the contribution values are multiplying by the number of of duplicate USI's that have been entered into the system.
If the USI is only assigned to one fund then we get the correct result.
If the USI is assigned to two funds then we get a double up. If the USI is assigned to three funds then the result triples an so on.

If we run the report by an individual super fund then irrespective of how many times the USI is assigned the result is CORRECT.

We understand that the system is designed to have only unique USI entered against the SuperFunds.

(1) Setup 2 Superfunds with the same USI
(2) Run the SuperStream Report for all Superfunds
(3) Review output and notice that the figures have been doubled due to the duplicate USI
