On : 12.1.3 version, India AP Localizations

POST-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502 when saving Deductor Type in Regime Register

Issue: Getting error FRM-40735: POST-RECORD trigger raised un handled exception ORA-06502 when saving Deductor Type in Regime Registration.

Expected Behavior: No such error should appear and we should be able to save the record.

We are doing EB Tax and India Localization implementation on R12.1.3. As part of India Localization TDS Setup, this is a mandatory setup step without which we are unable to calculate TDS while validating an AP Invoice.

Steps to reproduce:
------------------------

1. Open India localization Regime Registration form.
2. Query for TDS Regime.
3. Add a new row and enter following details:

Sequence: 35
Registration Type: Others
Registration Name: Deductor Type
Registration Value: Company - K

Save the record. Getting error at the bottom of the form:

FRM-40735: POST-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

Please treat this issue as a P1 issue as due to this is a source stopper for us to proceed on TDS functionality implementation.

2. Query for TDS Regime.
