Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Administration
When attempting to send dunning mail,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Required min Dunning amount in customer profile
Error:The dunning amount does not exceed the minimum required in customer profile to send dunning.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Collections Agent ( responsibility)
2. View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. IEX:Send Dunning for Delinquent customers
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send email to customers
