Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Homepage

When trying to login to the iSupport Login page get the following error


ERROR

"Responsibility is not valid. Make sure the responsibility is defined and assigned to the user"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupport as GUEST User
2. Click Login
See the following error
"Responsibility is not valid. Make sure the responsibility is defined and assigned to the user"
