On : 12.1.3 version, Core Payroll - General
When attempting to run the concurrent request 'Payroll Run' and the payroll parameter LOV is blank when clicked
the following error occurs.
APP-FND-01436: No entries found for List of Values
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Submit Processes and Reports

- Name: Payroll Process > click on Payroll Name > Error
3. Get the error message
