Credit Debt Wage Attachment for California Franchise Tax Board not Deducted when Employee Earnings are Low (Doc ID 2026078.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Wage Attachments/Garnishments

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that the "Credit Debt IIII" wage attachment to California Franchise Tax Board was not deducted when earnings were low. When increased earnings, it got deducted.
But based on the calculation of the Franchise Tax Board it should have been deducted on the lower earnings too.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the deduction even when on the lower earnings.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Element Entry for Credit Debt IIII
25%
Attachment number is entered
Total Owed = 315.00
Date Served = 23-FEB-2015
Payee = FRANCHISE TAX BOARD

2. Run Payroll

3. Review the SOE to see that the Credit Debt was not deducted
