Symptoms
When attempting to download data from the Install Base Search Page, the following error occurs.
ERROR

java.lang.IllegalStateException: strict servlet API: cannot call getWriter() after getOutputStream()
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Oracle Installed Base Agent User >> Item Instance >> Item Instances
2. Query for any Instance
3. Click on the 'Export' button
4. Observe the noted message is displayed
