Goal
Not able to retrieve the Rates in Rate Inquiry or Ask Oracle (RIQ)
In RIQ Screen when Query for rate with Find Option "Rate" it does not fetch the rate and gives the Error:
While using the "Rate and Route" Option it gives the correct rate.
Navigation path, on how to consistently reproduce the issue:
Navigate to Ask Oracle Bar : Click on Rates option
Ask Oracle about Rates screen opens: Enter the Source and Destination Location and click on Search
Gives the error that "Warning No Rate Offering Matched"
Why does it not show rates when querying for just rates?
