When we run 'GB Pensions Automatic Enrolment Process' program, the employees who have opted out previously keep appearing in the error log with error 'postponement period is longer than 3 months'.
Each month we have to manually correct the records by clearing the Postponement type and Postponement end date fields.
However they shouldn’t be picked up at all for auto enrollment as they already have an "opt out date" in the Pensions Information element and these employees were automatically enrolled in 11i (prior to upgrading to 12i)
Could you please let us know how could we avoid this error?
