Unable to Import Trips from Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to EBS Due to Error: Time Zone Code received from Oracle Transportation Management is not a valid time zone in E-Business suite (Doc ID 2026519.1)

Symptoms


User have created the BPEL interface between EBS and OTM. While user is able to send the Deliveries from EBS to OTM, they are not getting the trips / shipments in EBS even after importing the trip details from OTM into the WSH_TRIPS_INTERFACE and WSH_TRIP_STOPS_INTERFACE. User had also tried running the 'Planned Shipment Interface' program but it does not resolve the issue.

When attempting to run the Planned Shipment Interface program, the following error messages appear in the log file.

 Time Zone Code received from Oracle Transportation Management is not a valid time zone in E-Business suite. Please update and reprocess the records

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will by running the Planned Shipment Interface program.
