Not Able To Update Or Respond To Survey Using iSupplier Portal (Doc ID 2027356.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Issues

Users are not able to update or respond to Survey using iSupplier Portal.

Supplier users are not able to update or respond to surveys after deploying a survey campaign and enabling it as 'View and Update By Supplier Users' in the Supplier Onboarding Configuration.
Buyers (Internal users) are able to update and respond to surveys.

Due to this issue, surveys are not available to Suppliers
 

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in and access iSupplier Portal as Supplier user.
2. Click Admin tab.
3. Select Surveys from left menu.
4. Observe that view is missing Update icon.
-- When log in as Buyer or Supplier Profile Administrator the update icon is rendered.
