This is not specific to Order Management product alone and can be used for any product.
There would be many problems which might be starting all of a sudden and finally could be attributed to change in profile option values done by users.
It would be very difficult for users to track all the changes done in the system but it would be helpful to understand the changes done to know the impact of the changes on the problem reported
