Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Search, Browse

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When searching for the knowledge content with uppercase letters, the content is not being retrieved.Same case with numerical values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The data should be retrieved irrespective of the case of the letter.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
