Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version in Individual Compensation Distributions,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Although "FND: View Object Max Fetch Size" is set to 2000, When using ICD: Employee Administration to Evaluate Eligibility for an individual, unable to view more than 20 plans as click on Next. It does not action.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the next available plan / options when click on Next.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: HR Professional V4.0
2. Navigation: Individual Compensation Distributions
3. Select Employee Administration.
4. Search for a Person.
5. Click on Action > Click on Eligibility Tab.
There is log list of plan/ options where customer needs to use next 21 - 40 of 44 but when customer hit that nothing happens.
