After installing '<Patch 20171661> - Date and time change in RUP7 after WebADI mail merge', users can no longer create documents via WebADI.
The following warning message is displayed to users:
"You are trying to access a page that redirects you to a web page outside the current domain. Hence, this request has been blocked."
