DEPOT: OSP integration with Supplier Warranty in CMRO (Doc ID 2028467.1)

Symptoms

In Outside Processing (OSP) .... unable to automatically create / locate claims OSP in Claim Management in CMRO.


STEPS
1. In CMRO Configuration -> Supplier Warranty -> Warranty Template ... for item 018-192-043 with the following flags ticked: Enabled, Auto Assign and OSP Claim
2. SR creation with item 018-192-043
3. Requisition was generated by OSP (ref 10064)
4. Back in CMRO Claim Management, the claim create by OSP cannot be found
