Goal

Can the following scenario be accomplished In Fusion Expenses mobile app for iOS (iPhone) version 4.0?:

1) Create Expense Report in mobile app, save on mobile app, and have the report also be in a Saved status online in Oracle Internet Expenses (iExpense).
2) Finish entry of report online in iExpense, and submit report online.
