Intermittently The Diagnostics: Apps Check Has Errors In Log File And Does Not Fully Complete (Doc ID 2029143.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.1 version, Product Diagnostics & Tools

When attempting to run Diagnostics: Apps Check for Inventory product, The file versions aren't retrieved. When running omcheck.sql, the following error occurs.
