Switzerland Localization, not Able to Select Profile "CLE:Invoice Desc. Or Invoice Number Into DTA Payment" Due to Duplicate Values in the Profiles List Of Values (Doc ID 2029329.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Switzerland Localization, in upgraded instance (Upgraded from 11i to 12.2.3), profile option "CLE:Invoice Desc.or Invoice Number into DTA Payment File"
List of Values is displaying duplicate value, preventing from selecting anyone.

Below six values are available:
-------------------------------------
BOTH
DESC
INV
Both Invoice Number and Invoice Description
Invoice Description
Invoice Number

Expected Behavior is that below three values are available:

BOTH
DESC
INV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to system profile options window
2. Select any payable responsibility related to Switzerland.
3. Search profile option ""CLE:Invoice Desc.or Invoice Number into DTA Payment File"
