12.1.3 Sales Order Lines Missing Workflow Details. (Doc ID 2029635.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

You are finding random lines where the line is missing workflow assignments.  Due to this issue, the configured item line has shipped but will not progress past 'Awaiting Fulfillment'.  The lines that do not have workflow are stuck in 'Booked' status.
Because of this problem, you cannot invoice these orders that have shipped.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the lines to have workflow and progress to invoice and closure.


STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will.
