iProcurement Is Not Using Price Breaks For Requisitions Generated From BPA (Doc ID 2029692.1)

Goal

Creating a requisition based on a BPA, the price is not calculated based on quantity already purchased in the document, but once the release is created, the system recalculates the price based on the accumullated quantity.
 
iProcurement is not considering the price breaks based on the quantity already released in the BPA.
