ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SAFT XML file is failing on PT validator with the following error:
Na linha 37: cvc-minLength-valid: Value '' with length = '0' is not facet-valid with respect to minLength '1' for type 'SAFPTtextTypeMandatoryMax20Car'.
Na linha 37: cvc-type.3.1.3: The value '' of element 'PostalCode' is not valid.
Na linha 44: cvc-minLength-valid: Value '' with length = '0' is not facet-valid with respect to minLength '1' for type 'SAFPTtextTypeMandatoryMax20Car'.
Na linha 44: cvc-type.3.1.3: The value '' of element 'PostalCode' is not valid.
