Unable to log into the KCenter user import utility

ERROR

Login failed to authenticate to the server. Please verify the server url, username, password, and workgroup

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1: Launch the user import utility
2: Attempt to log into KCenter
 
IMPACT
---------------
This prevents users from logging into the KCenter user import utility
