Returning The Cart After Punch Out Results In Unexpected Error

On : 12.1.3 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

When attempting to return to shopping cart from supplier punch out site
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement
2. Click on Supplier punchout
3. When returning to iProcurement the item, user is prompted to log in.
4. User logs in and then the error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use punchout for supplier
