Invalid Order Source Reference Numbers On Sales Orders With The Service Billing (Doc ID 2030267.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reporting 2 issues:

 1. For first charge line ,when order number is queried in sales order form
 for the first time the order source reference at header level is showing SR
 number which is correct
 But when we create a second charge line and submit for the same order and
 query the SO , it shows incident id instead of incident number.

 2. For the source reference number to display at lines level. As of now for only one line its displayed Need a data fix for this.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Need reference number to display properly for all lines
All the Sales Orders created from Charges should have the correct Order Source Reference numbers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Service Super User > (R) Service
2. Navigate (N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
3. Create SR
4. Create the Charge Line
5. Submit the Charge Line

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User > (R) Order Management
2. Navigate (N) Orders
3. Query Order The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Service Super User > (R) Service
2. Navigate (N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
3. Create SR
4. Create the Charge Line
5. Submit the Charge Line

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User > (R) Order Management
2. Navigate> (N) Orders
3. Query Order
4, The Order Source Reference number is incorrect.
5. Multiple lines from charge lines SR are not referencing the correct Source reference number in Order Management.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot display the correct reference number for all lines.
