Symptoms

Problem Statement

When attempting to back order move order,
the following error occurs.


Error
Move order Line could not be back ordered. Rolling back the changes.
A reservation record with the same item, organization, demand source, and supply source already exists. Please use query to find and update the reservation.

Steps To Reproduce

Several move orders have been created from one Order.
Customer wants to back order some of them.

  1. Navigate to Inventory: Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
  2. Select Move Order
  3. Menu >Tools > Back Order Line
