Triggering Process Outbound Program Encountered Execution Error ORA-06510 (Doc ID 2030563.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit the Triggering Process Outbound, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORACLE error 6510 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_UTILS", line 2708
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_EXECUTION_UTILS", line 500

Encountered execution error for Custom Procedure : WSH_ECE_VIEWS_DEF.GET_CROSS_REFERENCE.
  Program level EC_EXECUTION_UTILS.RUNPROC: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and try again.
  SQL error message ORA-01403: no data found.
  Program level EC_UTILS.EXECUTE_PROC: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and try again.
  SQL error message User-Defined Exception.

 

Changes

 The error appeared after applying a cross reference <Patch 20806568:R12.WSH.C> for the Shipping Module.
