ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When search Requisition in iProcurement, Requester LOV does not show any value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When search Requisition in iProcurement, Requester LOV should have value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iProcurement
2. Go to requisitions >  Search
3. Click LOV of Requester
