The Serial Number Related To ‘Packed LPN’ During Manual Allocation is not Listed in Serial Numbers LOV (Doc ID 2030867.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Packed LPN in inventory and when trying to create a Transact Move Order for the same, during the transaction the Serial numbers related to all Packed LPN is not getting listed in the Serial Number LOV.

Only the serial numbers related to Loose Items are listed in LOV, and able to complete the transactions for that.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to select Packed Serial Numbers while performing Move Orders

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. WMS Responsibility --> Move Order -->Transact Move Order --> View/Update Allocation --> Lot/Serial (Button)
