Sample Match Rule to find Duplicate while Creating Customer Contact based on Contact Name (Doc ID 2030895.1)

 Customer is creating and whenever they create a duplicate contact which is based on existing contact and address, the Customers form pop up a warning message :
Warning : Possible Duplicate Persons
Option 1 : Create New Person
Option 2 : Use Existing Person
     It shows an existing contact 

The requirement is that the match criteria should be Contact’s "First Name" and "Last Name",  Address Line 1 should not be one of the criteria.
