DQM Search Does Not Return the Match if Status is Not Set to ALL (Doc ID 2031140.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Data Quality Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Using DQM to search customer via
Account Number = 17640
Status = ALL
Party with Party Number 78044 and Account with Account Number 17640 returned as match

Using DQM to search customer via
Account Number 17640
Status = Active
Party with Party Number 78044 and Account with Account Number 17640 did NOT returned as match

The party status is Active in hz_parties table

Why Account Number 17640 is NOT returned as a match when searching with Status = Active
while HZ_PARTIES.status shows Active for Party Number 78044?







EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Number 17640
Status = Active
Party with Party Number 78044 and Account with Account Number 17640 returned as match

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log onto Receivables
2. Using DQM to search customer via
  Account Number 17640
  Status = Active
  Party with Party Number 78044 and Account with Account Number 17640 did NOT returned as match
