We have situations where a user has a loaded tasks and leaves or for whatever reason (accidentally or purposely) has a task set in a Loaded status. When the task is in a loaded status it can not be reassigned or anything. It is locked. This can cause a delivery to not be completed which is an unacceptable outcome.
It seems like you must be logged in as that user in order to either unload the task or drop the task to continue.
In the event of error or purposely leaving we must be able to at least unload this task to allow it to be reassigned.
How is this done when the user is unavailable? We can't just reset the users password...that is also unacceptable.
