Symptoms

Beneficiary specified at offer header Level doesn't Cascade to all Customers in Market Eligibility UI.
 
Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
  2. Navigation: Offers
  3. Create volume offer. Add 2 customers
  4. Add Beneficiary at Header Level
  5. Navigate to Market Eligibility. Note that Beneficiary is not cascaded to 2nd line.
