Error Trying To Receive An Item Into A Locator Controlled Subinventory, If Any One Subinventory Is Inactive (Doc ID 2031687.1)

Symptoms

A receipt fails in error when one of the twenty (20) subinventories is set to inactive.

Workaround / What is working
Works if set all subinventories to active.

Error
Status "Inactive" of Onhand disallows this transaction.

Steps
1. Receive material.
2. The transaction will not save due to error.

Changes

Set one or more subinventories to inactive status.
