On : 12.1.3 version, Archive and Purge

When attempting to Standard Archive and Purge for a particular period,
the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables, Archive and Purge
Navigation: Archive and Purge

1. Run the Archive Preview Program for below parameters -
   Gl Date Type - All GL Date
   Archive period - enter period name
   Open Receivables Only - No
   Postable Items Only - No
   Customer Name -
   Archive level - headers, Lines and Distributions
   Summary Report only - No
   No of Workers - 1
   Commit Size - 1000
2. After the Archive Preview was completed, the Purge Program was submitted and it triggered below three program

The first child of Purge program completed with ERROR, while others completed.
AR Purge TRX (Purge Module) Completed Error
AR Purge Receipts (Purge Module) Completed Normal
AR Purge Remainder (Purge Module) Completed Normal
