Prohibit Tax Rate Variance Lines (TRV) From Transferring to Projects (Doc ID 2031910.1)

Goal

On AP invoices with vendor charged tax, the tax is being identified as a tax rate variance line by Oracle, thus it copies the project information to the distribution for the corresponding Item accrual line.

Is there anyway to have tax rate variance NOT copy project information to the tax distribution so it will not interface to Projecfts?
